Volkswagen Alltrack - Make your own path

Inspired by Guy Ritchie’s BMW M5 short film “The Hire”, I took the opportunity to create my first short film in 3 years. This short film was shot during the lockdown in Montreal, Canada and had to improvise on a lot of things - which goes with the theme of the video, make your own path despite the circumstances. All I had was a camera, a Volkswagen Alltrack (the sportwagen 4motion variant of the Golf), and lots of ideas. The majority of this was shot on my 13 year old Canon 5D mkII up until I bought my new Canon camera.

This was super fun to film and the planning was literally on the go. I had an idea I wanted to come alive on the screen, which was a small parody troll type video that has a hint of Guy Ritchie and some Casey Neistat in it.
