Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the limited-release and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• change of mind
• incorrect size selection
• incorrect color selection
• preference regarding fit
• orders placed by mistake

Please review all product information and sizing carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@paramountvisuals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

LIMITED RELEASES

Many Paramount Visuals products are released in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee replacement sizes, colors, or products once a release has sold out.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production shortly after they are submitted. Once an order has entered production, it cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region. Where applicable law provides a statutory right of cancellation, return, repair, replacement, or refund, those rights will be honored.
