Paramount Visuals ships to select destinations worldwide.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Production & fulfillment
Some items are produced and fulfilled after an order is placed. Production time is separate from the estimated shipping/transit time displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available.

Delivery estimates
Shipping estimates are provided by our fulfillment and carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will contact you regarding the delay and any available cancellation or refund options.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
